Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in Sales or Business Development (Experience in F&B or FMCG is a major advantage).

• Communication: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.

• Traits: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a "people person."

• Transport: Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel within Klang Valley.

Responsibilities

• Identify Opportunities: Research and target new B2B clients (offices, F&B outlets, and corporate partners).

• Sales Pitching: Present our coffee products and machine rental/purchase plans to potential customers.

• Relationship Building: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and after-sales support.

• Market Growth: Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and market share in the coffee industry.

• Reporting: Track sales targets and provide weekly updates to management.
