The Student Counsellor is responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategies to recruit students for MUST. The role focuses on enhancing visibility, engaging prospective students, and increasing enrolment across programmes.

Remuneration: Basic + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote university programmes to prospective students locally and internationally
• Conduct counselling sessions (online and physical) for potential students
• Achieve monthly and annual student recruitment targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, agents, and education partners
• Participate in education fairs, events, and outreach programmes
• Follow up on leads and ensure conversion into applications and enrolments
• Maintain accurate records of student enquiries and applications
• Support marketing initiatives to increase programme visibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
