Dental Technical Sales Representative sells specialized dental equipment, hardware, and software to dental clinics, hospitals, and laboratories while providing expert technical guidance and product training.Key Responsibilities

• Product Promotion: Present and sell high-tech dental equipment (such as 3D imaging systems, intraoral scanners, and dental chair) to dentists and lab technicians.
• Technical Demonstrations: Run live product demos and deliver user training so clinic staff know how to use the equipment safely and effectively.
• Client Relationships: Build trust with dental professionals, assess clinic needs, and recommend proper technological upgrades.
• Business Development: Look for new sales targets, follow up on leads, and manage competitor account conversions.
• After-Sales Support: Answer technical inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and coordinate maintenance or repairs.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Radiology, Biomedical Science, Science , IT, or a related technical/health field.
• Experience: Freshgradute encourage to apply or 1 to 3 years of experience in dental, medical, healthcare, or technical sales (clinical experience as a dental assistant or technician is a strong advantage).
• Skills: Strong communication, active persuasion, problem-solving, and comfort with medical and dental terminology.
• Mobility: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various client sites and industry exhibitions.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
