Diploma/Degree in advertising, mass comm, fine art, design or related disciplines

Proven experience of minimum 3 years in Creative line mainly in the Event/Exhibition business

Possess design skills using Adobe tools, Canva or similar. Ability to utilize Artificial Intelligence for design would be an added advantage

Ability to handle strategizing, campaign execution and art direction

Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time and project management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines

Conceive, develop, and implement creative concepts, guidelines, and strategies across various event and branding projects

Ensure creative ideas align with client objectives, budgets, feasibility, and timelines

Lead and participate in brainstorming and creative ideation sessions

Develop high-quality creative proposals and presentation decks for client pitches and internal reviews

Present creative concepts, designs, and layouts confidently to clients, explaining ideas clearly and persuasively

Conduct concept walkthroughs, mood presentations, and space planning presentations to clients and stakeholders

Address client feedback professionally and refine creative solutions accordingly

Support the sales team during pitches by providing strong creative input and justification

Take on client servicing responsibilities when required, acting as a key creative point of contact

Work closely with designers, illustrators, and copywriters to ensure creative alignment and quality

Guide, mentor, and train junior team members to develop both creative and technical competencies

Review, revise, and provide constructive feedback on creative outputs and presentations

Perform problem-solving related to design feasibility, space planning, and layout optimisation

Conduct on-site technical surveys and measurements when required

Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to conceptualise ideas and ensure timely submission of proposals

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure design intent is accurately executed during production and on-site setup

Ensure smooth handover from creative concept to execution
