Key Responsibilities:
Operational Duties:
Perform hands-on service crew duties, including taking orders, plating, serving food, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Management Training:
Undergo structured training for non-supervisory and supervisory roles to build a strong foundation in restaurant operations and team leadership.
Career Progression:
Complete all necessary training modules within the targeted timeline to operate independently and transition into an Assistant Manager role..
Corporate Compliance:
Uphold the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all daily operations, ensuring all internal policies and procedures are strictly followed.
Ad-Hoc Duties:
Perform any other operational or administrative tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
