We are looking for an Associate Training Manager to join the Erbe Academy in Singapore and help shape the future of clinical and product education across the Asia Pacific region.

This is an exciting regional role focused on delivering hands-on workshops, clinical education programs, product training, and professional development initiatives for healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams across APAC. Working closely with clinicians, KOLs, and colleagues across the region, you will help create impactful learning experiences that support the adoption of innovative medical technologies and ultimately improve patient care.

We're looking for someone with:

• 3-5 years of experience in a medical device training, clinical application, or clinical education role

• Experience delivering workshops, product training, and educational programs for healthcare professionals

• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills

• A passion for education and knowledge sharing

• Willingness to travel across the Asia Pacific region

• Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and stakeholders across multiple countries
