Requirements

• Passionate about performing arts, entertainment, public speaking, hosting or live selling. Confident on camera, positive, reliable and open to coaching. Respect company culture, follow agreed SOPs and briefs, and work well with the team.
  

• Candidates must be able to communicate in Mandarin fluently

• Active personal accounts on at least two platforms: Xiaohongshu (Rednote), Douyin, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube. Share original content and authentic audience engagement; emerging creators may apply with smaller, developing accounts.

• Able to produce content consistently, communicate naturally with audiences and commit to agreed production schedules. Relevant experience in content creation, performance, hosting, livestreaming or sales is an advantage.

• Salary range depends on level. Placement and remuneration depend on your portfolio, content quality, relevant experience, audience engagement and agreed responsibilities.

• Emerging talent: RM2,500–RM3,500 (nego & above) per month - for fresh graduates and developing creators who need guidance and mainly support on-site production.

• Independent creator: RM4,000–RM5,500 (nego & above) per month - for applicants with a personal brand who can plan and produce content independently.

• Established creator: RM5,500–RM8,000 (nego & above) per month - for applicants with an engaged audience and demonstrated ability to generate enquiries or conversion

• Represent CapiTalk and assigned client brands through original videos, brand stories, reviews, lifestyle content and on-camera or offline appearances.

• Host entertainment, audience-engagement or live-selling sessions according to your assigned role. Plan, produce and publish at least 10 approved content pieces per month, following the agreed content calendar.

• Engage professionally with audiences through livestreams, comments and assigned messages; coordinate with the team, review performance and improve content quality, engagement and campaign results.

• Monthly remuneration and campaign coordination support, with any additional incentives specified in the written offer.
• Mentorship in content strategy, presentation, livestream hosting, audience growth and live-selling skills.
• Opportunities to develop into a lead host, brand ambassador or senior creator, based on performance and business needs.
