Full Time Accounts Cum Admin Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,300 in CT Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with at least 1 year of related experience are an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Experience with SQL Accounting is an added advantage.

• Able to speak English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

• Good multitasking and time management skills.

• Willing to work in Puchong.

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Years of Experience

• Fresh graduates or 1 year of related experience

Required Language

• English; Mandarin is an added advantage

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, including ledgers, journals, expenses, and fixed asset reports.

• Assist in preparing customer DOs, invoices, accounts receivable updates, and monthly statements of account.

• Assist in preparing purchase orders and processing payment vouchers for bank and cash transactions.

• Maintain accounts payable records and ensure monthly reports are updated accurately and payments are made on time.

• Handle petty cash and staff claim reimbursements.

• Assist with general office administration and office maintenance.

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
