What You'll Do:
Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA delivery acrossPrepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Runphases.Manage projectscope, schedule, budget, critical path, risks, issues, and dependenciesacross multiple workstreams.Act as the key point of contact for senior stakeholders, project sponsors, and steering committees.Lead cross-functional teams coveringFinance-to-Manage (FTM), Hire-to-Retire (HTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), technical, data migration, security, testing, and OCM.Managechange control, variations, resource planning, effort tracking, and project commercials.Oversee quality gates, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and project governance.Manageintegration, data migration, testing, authorisation, cutover, and hypercareactivities.Ensure compliance withSingapore public-sector and defence security requirements, including IM8 or equivalent standards, data residency, and classified-data handling.Prepare go/no-go decisions and lead post-go-live stabilisation.
What We're Looking For:
10-12+ years of SAP delivery experience, including5+ years in SAP Project Management.Experience leading at least2 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations end-to-end.Strong experience withSAP Activateand formal project management methodologies.Good understanding ofFTM, HTR, and PTPbusiness processes.Experience managingdata migration, integration, testing, cutover, security/authorisation, and OCMworkstreams.Experience managing large-scale, complex SAP programmes with multiple workstreams.Strong stakeholder management experience withC-level, government, or defence stakeholders.Experience working withgovernment/defence security, compliance, audit, or restricted-data environments.
