Requirements

- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, supervise and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational and service standards.
- Ensure all products are prepared and served according to Little Caesars quality, recipe and food safety standards.
- Monitor sales, product quality, customer service and overall restaurant performance.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily operational checks.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety and organization.
- Prepare and submit required daily operational reports.
