Job Summary

Lead kitchen operations to ensure food safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with Chick-fil-A standards and Singapore regulations. Develop and coach the Back of House team while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Back of House team members to enhance skills and performance
• Ensure consistent food quality, safety, and cleanliness to meet Chick-fil-A and regulatory standards
• Manage daily kitchen operations including inventory control and product preparation to optimize efficiency
• Support staffing, training, and team development to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce
• Monitor and control food costs, minimize waste, and improve kitchen productivity through data-driven actions
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards to maintain a safe environment
• Foster collaboration between Front of House and Back of House teams to enhance overall restaurant performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve and exceed restaurant performance goals
• Comply with Chick-fil-A operating standards and all applicable Singapore laws and regulations
