We’re hiring in Kuala Lumpur.

Indie Collaborates is a creator marketing agency, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Singapore. We run campaigns for brands like Dyson, Income Insurance and Shopee. That covers traditional influencer marketing and UGC and affiliate work built to drive sales. We also run the IC Inner Circle, our community of 2,100+ micro and nano creators across Singapore and Malaysia.

We’re growing in Malaysia. We want someone who knows that market properly and knows enough of the Singapore creator scene to start on SG campaigns straight away.

What you’ll do

• Run creator campaigns from brief to final report
• Find and shortlist creators through the IC Inner Circle, Modash and direct outreach
• Negotiate rates and deliverables and build quotes and proposals
• Manage creators through briefs, approvals, feedback and posting deadlines
• Be a direct point of contact for clients, not just the person behind the scenes
• Help run UGC and affiliate programmes, from onboarding to tracking who’s driving sales
• Help grow our Malaysian creator community
• Help run the IC Inner Circle, our creator community

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years in influencer or creator marketing at an agency
• Strong knowledge of the Malaysian creator market and how it differs from Singapore
• Experience with creator outreach, rate negotiation and proposals
• Confidence to tell a client what won’t work, with a better idea ready
• Organised, and keeps things moving without being chased
• Happy using AI tools like Claude to work faster
• Clear, confident written and spoken English

The details

• Remote, based in Kuala Lumpur, with occasional travel to Singapore for client events
• SGD 2,200 per month
• Annual leave, sick leave and public holidays
• A real path into account management as our Malaysian client base grows
