Accounts and Business Operations Intern Jobs, Salary up to MYR 650 in MV Adventure Travels Selangor - Maukerja

Mowgli Venture is looking for a Business Operations Intern to join our small and growing adventure travel team from November 2026 onwards.

If you're someone who enjoys a mix of business operations, numbers, content creation and getting things done, this could be a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing travel company as you will be working directly with our founders.

Responsibilities:

Accounts & Bookkeeping

* Assist with daily bookkeeping and basic accounting-related tasks

* Organise invoices, receipts and financial records

* Support other finance and administrative tasks when needed

Content & Social Media

* Support our content creation and social media activities

* Assist with creating Reels and short-form content

* Help keep up with current social media trends

* Canva / CapCut / other editing experience is highly preferred

Administration & Operations

* Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks

* Organise documents and information

* Support the team with ad-hoc operational tasks

* Help with various projects as they come up

Requirements:

* Malaysian Citizen, currently enrolled as a full-time student

* Able to commit for at least 3 months

* Responsible, organised and willing to learn

* Comfortable working independently as well as with a small team

* Good communication and attention to detail

* Interest in travel, tourism, marketing, business or entrepreneurship is a bonus

* Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or other editing tools is a bonus

* Accounting / bookkeeping knowledge is essential

Internship Details:

Location: Batu Tiga, Shah Alam

Duration: November 2026 onwards, minimum 3 months.

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm.

Allowance: RM650/month

Work Structure: Hybrid

Onboarding & training: first two weeks, work from office.

After the initial training period, interns are expected to work hybrid: in the office 3–4 days per week, depending on the team's ongoing tasks.

Please note:

* Intern must have their own laptop & reliable internet access

* Own transport is required for travelling to/from the office

* No transport allowance is provided

This is a hands-on internship where you'll get exposure to the behind-the-scenes of running a small adventure travel business, rather than being limited to one department.
