WE ARE HIRING – QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)

A Quantity Surveying Consultancy firm is looking for an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Location: Bangi, Selangor

Experience: 5–6 years

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre-Contract

- Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates.

- Cost planning, tender documentation and tender evaluation.

- Cost analysis and value engineering.

- Attend Client Consultant and other meetings

Post-Contract

- Preparation and evaluation of interim valuations and progress claims.

-Assessment of Variation Orders (VO) and contractual matters.

- Contract administration, cost control and final account settlement.

- Attend project/site meetings

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Quantity Surveying.

- 5–6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a QS consultancy firm.

- Good knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract QS practices.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Knowledge experience in Glodon Cubicost software will be an added advantage.

- Good communication, analytical and organisational skills.

- Good time management and able to meet deadlines.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
