•   Ensure having healthy pipeline of supply (Drivers/Partners) to achieve order fulfillment targets of each category and each team member/FOS

• Partner(Driver) training: ensure training of partners by team members about porter standards.

• Ensuring retention targets for partners are met

• Supply retention: Will be involved in supply retention activities like calling, partner engagement validation, zonal wise supply fulfillment, etc.

• To provide insights on partner’s issues and challenges

• Create good working environment within the team

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports about the team's performance and share it with the management
