Full Time Customer Relations Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Topmix Products Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant Customer Service / Sales Administration experience will be an added advantage.

Fresh graduates with good communication skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Able to communicate professionally and confidently with customers and colleagues.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer enquiries or complaints calmly.

Computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM / order processing systems.

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; ability to communicate in additional languages will be an added advantage.

To efficiently handle inbound customer (call, whatsapp, walk-in) inquiries.

Monitor and arrangement of logistic matter for product order delivery time to ensure on-time delivery to customers

Prepare & Manage Sales order (cash) and Delivery order (DO) accurately

To provide fast and timely response to customer-related problems.

Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time.
