Role Description The Automotive Service Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based at our Georgetown location. This role is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, and accurately documenting service requests. The Service Advisor coordinates with Job Controller/ Foreman/Technicians to schedule and monitor maintenance and repair work, provides clear explanations of recommended services, and prepares service estimates and invoices. Daily tasks include updating customers on vehicle status, ensuring timely completion of work, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The role also involves handling inquiries, resolving service-related issues, and supporting dealership service campaigns and promotions.
