Full Time Procurement Admin (Purchasing - Supplier Coordination) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in BRIGHTSTAR COMPUTER SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

About the role:

We are looking for a Procurement Admin to support our purchasing team with POs, supplier follow-up and accurate records.

Job location:

• Brightstar HQ, Block D, Medan Connaught, Jalan 3/144A, Cheras, 56000 Kuala Lumpur

• Nearest station: Taman Connaught MRT (Kajang Line)

• Working days: Monday–Friday (9:30am–6:30pm or 10:00am–7:00pm), Saturday half day

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue purchase orders

• Follow up with suppliers on delivery status and documents

• Maintain supplier records and purchase files

• Coordinate with warehouse on goods receiving and discrepancies

• Assist buyers with pricing checks and reports

Requirements:

• Diploma/SPM in Business or related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Good Excel skills and attention to detail

• Organised with good follow-up

• Good communication skills for supplier liaison

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
