Smartlink Engineering Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian contract manufacturing company serving high-precision industries including semiconductor, automotive and aerospace. Our capabilities include sheet metal fabrication, precision machining, electrical and mechanical assembly, cable and wire harnessing, control panels, and system integration.

We are looking for a Production Assistant / Production Support to join our Sheet Metal Production team.

Current Location : Kapar, Klang

New Location: We will be moved to Sijangkang Selangor (new facilities) by Quarter *************.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist the production team in carrying out daily sheet metal production activities.
• Support operators and production personnel to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production jobs.
• Assist with material preparation, handling and movement of sheet metal and production materials.
• Perform basic production activities such as cutting, bending, drilling, grinding, deburring and other related processes, where required.
• Ensure workpieces are handled properly and according to work instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping and safety at the production area.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions and company procedures.
• Assist in checking the quality and condition of finished or semi-finished products.
• Report any production issues, material shortages or abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / SKM or equivalent.
• Candidates with experience in sheet metal fabrication, manufacturing or production will have an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without direct experience are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a production environment.
• Good attendance, discipline and a positive working attitude.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
