Full Time *GOVT* Procurement - Planning Manager - AM [3 mths renewable - Central] Jobs, in ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. - Maukerja

We are looking for a Manager / Assistant Manager to support procurement, planning and capability development activities. You will be involved in end-to-end procurement exercises, contract management, project planning and stakeholder coordination.

• Location: Central
• Salary: Up to $25 per hour
• Duration: 3 months *renewable

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end procurement activities, including new tenders and contract variations.
• Prepare procurement documentation, including requirement specifications, evaluation criteria and tender documents.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant guidelines while achieving value-for-money outcomes.
• Work closely with operations teams to develop project scopes and objectives for operational and maintenance services, equipment provisioning and infrastructure upgrades.
• Obtain budgetary quotations and prepare funding papers for budget approval.
• Conduct market research and industry engagement to understand the supplier landscape and market conditions.
• Prepare and launch tenders via GeBIZ, including presentations and site show-rounds where required.
• Evaluate tender submissions and prepare recommendation/award papers for approval.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, tendering or contract management.
• Knowledge or experience in Government Procurement processes / GeBIZ will be an advantage
