Operations Executive (Facilities Management)

tosupport the Company’s facilities management and general operational activities.

The role involves coordinating day-to-day facility requirements, maintenance works, contractors and service providers, as well as supporting the Company’s other operational activities and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day facilities management and operational requirements.

Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, servicing and other facility-related works.

Liaise with contractors, service providers, tenants/users and internal departments on operational matters.

Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure works and services are carried out satisfactorily.

Conduct site inspections and follow up on maintenance, safety and operational issues.

Assist in coordinating facilities-related services including maintenance, cleaning, security and other support services.

Maintain relevant facilities management, maintenance and operational records.

Assist with regulatory, contractual and other facilities-related documentation where required.

Support other operational activities and projects undertaken by the Company.

Perform other duties reasonably assigned by the Company.

Requirements

Diploma in Facilities Management; or Tier 4 accreditation under the SIFMA Facilities Management Accreditation Scheme.

Relevant experience in facilities management, property management, building operations or related fields will be an advantage.

Fresh graduates with the relevant Facilities Management qualification are welcome to apply.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Organised, responsible and able to work independently.

Able to liaise effectively with contractors, service providers and internal stakeholders.

Comfortable working in both office and site environments.
