️ Your Responsibilities

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet production targets and schedules.
Provide technical support in equipment troubleshooting to maintain production efficiency and quality standards.
Perform daily and monthly preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
Read and understand electrical and mechanical diagrams for troubleshooting and maintenance.
Support equipment-related problem solving on the production floor.
Participate actively in workplace safety and quality improvement projects.
Maintain a clean, safe and controlled manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Minimum NITEC in Engineering, Mechanical / Mechatronics background is preferred.
Able to read and understand electrical and mechanical diagrams.
Willing to work 12-hour shifts and overtime when required.
Physically fit and able to lift 10–15kg.
Comfortable working in a controlled manufacturing environment.

Working Hours

7:45 PM – 7:45 AM
12-hour shifts | 4-3-3-4 work-rest cycle

Shift arrangement: Saturday night shift + alternate Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday night shifts.

Salary Package

Up to approx. $2,600/month

Basic: $2,100 – $2,200
Night Shift Allowance: $334
Meal Allowance: $70
