Full Time Japanese Speaking Sales Manager (Construction Equipment) Jobs, in Manpower Singapore - Maukerja

We are partnering with a Global MNC hiring for a Sales Manager role. As you will need to liaise directly with stakeholders and counterparts based in Japan, proficiency in JAPANESE (min. JLPT N1 or equivalent) is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for construction equipment and machinery.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage key customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, distributors, and industrial clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, quotations, contract negotiations, and tender submissions.
• Act as the key liaison with Japanese-speaking customers, partners, and headquarters.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (a major in JAPANESE is beneficial)
• Excellent verbal and written JAPANESE is required. (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
• 5+ years of sales experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or industrial products.
• Proven track record in business development and account management.
• Willingness to travel when required.
