Job Summary

• Condo in Jurong
• Budget up to $4,300 plus bonuses
• 5 day week

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of units to ensure that the actual handover of units to purchasers and the common areas to the Managing Agent are in order.
• Ensure that all defects rectification work is done properly and efficiently by contractors.
• During the process of handover or during the tenancy period, issues on defects, complaints or disputes must be addressed in a timely and efficient manner with excellent customer service.
• oversee the appointed managing agent in the management and maintenance of the common property as well as ensuring proper maintenance of vacant units/ sites.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Project Management or relevant
• Minimum 3 yrs' relevant experience in property management.
• Possess good interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills
• Attentive to details and commitment to quality standards
• Keen sense of urgency and a good team player.
