We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and identifying strategic partnerships to expand our market presence.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
• Build and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target industries
• Generate and qualify leads through various prospecting methods
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business growth areas
• Provide regular sales reporting and pipeline updates to management

What we're looking for

• A junior or senior position with minimum 2 years of proven experience in new business development, preferably in the technology or B2B services industry
• Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient in CRM software and data analysis to optimise sales activities
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
