About the role

Klinik Pergigian Amalmedik is seeking a proactive, creative and results-oriented individual to join our team as Patient Acquisition & Growth Executive. We are looking for someone who can design and implement various marketing strategies to increase awareness of the clinic, acquire quality leads and bring more patients to our private dental clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing activities to increase public awareness of clinic services
• Build relationships and partnerships with communities, organisations, companies and strategic partners
• Explore offline marketing opportunities with potential to bring new patients
• Design and implement digital marketing campaigns including social media, Meta Ads and appropriate digital channels
• Produce content such as short videos, educational posts, promotional materials and marketing campaigns
• Monitor advertising performance and suggest improvements based on data
• Develop strategies to acquire inquiries and new patients through various channels
• Design campaigns based on services, market needs and clinic capacity
• Collaborate with clinic team to ensure leads are managed well until appointment stage
• Record and analyse performance of each marketing channel, monitor leads, marketing costs, appointments and patient attendance

About you

• Good communication skills and comfortable dealing with various parties
• Creative, proactive and able to execute ideas, not just design
• Interest or experience in digital marketing, content creation, sales or business development
• Analytical thinking and comfortable working with data and KPIs
• Ownership, discipline and problem-solving ability
• Quick learner, able to receive coaching and willing to try new approaches
• Experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads or digital campaigns (preferred)
• Portfolio of content, marketing campaigns or projects that generated leads (preferred)
• Experience managing community activities, partnerships or field marketing (preferred)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Required)
