Clean, sand, and repair surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion before coating application

Select and blend paints to match specific colors and finishes accurately

Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers to achieve uniform coverage

Handle materials such as wood, metal, and drywall safely and appropriately during preparation and painting

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to support efficient and hazard-free operations

Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and other professionals to coordinate tasks and address concerns

Manage time effectively to complete painting tasks within deadlines

Identify and resolve issues during the painting process to maintain quality standards

Pay close attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finish and detect potential surface problems

Participate actively in morning Tool Box meetings to review daily tasks and safety protocols
