Responsibilities
Job Summary
Lead project planning by developing and updating comprehensive tender and baseline programs, coordinating with project teams to set milestones and execution plans, and monitoring progress through KPIs and reports to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive tender and baseline programs, including manpower, resources, and equipment charts to support project execution.
Collaborate with the Project Team to formulate project start-up plans, key milestone targets, and execution strategies, including programming plans, narratives, and write-ups.
Generate S-Curves, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and dashboards to monitor and report project progress effectively.
Prepare scope appreciation presentations with key milestone targets for project initialization to align stakeholders.
Track and ensure all design work schedules align with the project master programme, providing regular progress updates.
Plan and update target programs and micro programs monthly to maintain accurate scheduling.
Monitor construction program progress and produce detailed monthly and weekly progress reports for project tracking.
Stay informed on construction industry practices and standards, recommending improvements to planning and scheduling systems.
Oversee planning of architectural, structural, and MEP works, conduct site inspections, monitor work progress, and ensure compliance with standards and drawings for both project and subcontractor works.
Required competencies and certifications
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
Proficiency in Primavera P6
Preferred competencies and qualifications
5 to 7 years of relevant experience
