Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination & Management
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure design intent is implemented on site.
Attend project meetings, site meetings, and multi-disciplinary coordination sessions to resolve design and construction conflicts.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct site measurements, supervise construction works, inspect materials and workmanship, and participate in acceptance/handover inspections.
2. Visual Presentation & Documentation
Produce drawings and documentation using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software.
Prepare design proposals, presentations, material boards, and client presentation documents.
Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
3. Compliance & Approvals
Familiar with relevant Singapore regulations and approval processes, including BCA, URA, SCDF, NParks, PUB, etc.
Ensure designs comply with fire safety, accessibility, drainage, landscaping, and building control requirements.
Assist in preparing drawings and documents for submission to relevant authorities.
