Full Time Operations Assistant (E-Commerce, Retail - Logistics) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Brideoak Enterprise Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and motivated Operations Assistant to join our team!

You will support the daily operations of FashRevo (fashion retail & e-commerce) and uShopUS (international shipping & parcel forwarding).

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys handling different tasks, is detail-oriented, and is willing to learn in a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. FashRevo – E-Commerce & Retail Operations

• Assist with daily boutique and e-commerce operations.
• Process, pick, pack, and prepare online orders for delivery.
• Handle orders from Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other sales platforms.
• Assist with stock checking, labelling, restocking, and inventory updates.
• Assist with customer enquiries, returns, and exchanges.
• Support simple product photography, video content, and promotional activities when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the boutique and working area.

2. uShopUS – Shipping & Logistics Operations

• Update parcel information, shipment records, and tracking statuses.
• Assist with Buy For Me (BFM), repacking, and parcel consolidation requests.
• Check and record parcel details, including weight, dimensions, and customer information.
• Prepare shipment documentation, invoices, and shipping bookings.
• Follow up on pending parcels and shipment arrangements.
• Report delayed, missing, or incorrect parcels and other operational issues.

3. General Operations & Administration

• Perform basic data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
• Assist with daily operational reports and updates.
• Support general administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email).
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Responsible, punctual, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn and handle multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics is an advantage but not compulsory.
