Frazer Jones is delighted to be retained by a leading global financial services organisation to appoint an HR Business Partner APAC based in Singapore.
Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, APAC as second in command and a strategic HR business partner for the broader regional business, this is a highly visible role partnering directly with the Regional CEO and their leadership team across 10+ markets. The position sits within a fast-paced, high-growth environment characterised by ongoing business expansion, transformation and acquisition activity, requiring a dynamic HR professional who can seamlessly balance both strategic and operational priorities in a front office and high touch environment with a strong focus on relationships.
As a trusted advisor to the APAC leadership team, the HR Business Partner will play a critical role in aligning people strategy with commercial objectives while supporting the organisation through continued growth and change. Working across the full HR remit, in close partnership with Global COE's. the successful individual will provide end-to-end HR partnership, ensuring the business has the leadership capability, talent and organisational structure required to meet its ambitious objectives. The region consists of circa 200+ people and will double in size of the coming years ahead.
This is a broad and all-encompassing role with responsibility for partnering on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, culture and employee engagement initiatives. As the senior HR representative for the APAC markets, the HRBP will work closely with country CEO's and Country HR leaders to drive performance, enhance organisational effectiveness and support the successful integration of acquisitions and business transformation initiatives.
A key focus will be coaching and influencing senior stakeholders, building leadership capability and ensuring people strategies are effectively embedded across the business. The successful candidate will also partner closely with regional and global HR colleagues across the US, Europe and broader APAC, acting as the bridge between local business priorities and broader organisational objectives.

The HR Business Partner will be expected to bring a commercial mindset, strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complexity while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution.
The successful candidate will bring progressive regional HR business partnering experience gained within dynamic, high-growth environments, preferably hedge funds, investment management, trading, capital markets, derivatives, broking etc. Experience supporting senior executive stakeholders directly, leading organisational change and operating within matrixed global organisations will be highly valued. Exposure to acquisition integration and transformation environments would be advantageous within high touch and growing global boutiques. S
Beyond technical HR expertise, we are seeking an agile, resilient and commercially minded individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence effectively at senior levels and a proven track record of delivering business outcomes through pragmatic and strategic people solutions, with 10-12+ years of HR & Partnering experience.
