Responsibilities

Prepare authentic Indian and South Indian dishes, including dosa/thosai batter for vendor supply.

  • Manage daily kitchen operations and coordinate food preparation.
  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations and timely food delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors and resolve vendor-related issues promptly.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Work under pressure and collaborate closely with the owner.
  • Plan kitchen staff schedules and manage shift assignments.
