We're looking for friendly, energetic Service Crew / Waiters to join our floor team and help deliver that same warmth to every guest who walks through our doors.
What You'll Do
Greet and seat guests warmly, creating a genuine "welcome home" first impression
Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently recommend dishes, wine pairings, and daily specials
Deliver attentive table service from seating through to bill settlement
Operate the POS system for order entry, billing, and payment collection
Set up and clear tables, ensuring the dining area is always clean, tidy, and guest-ready
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, timely service
Handle guest requests, feedback, and minor issues promptly, escalating where needed
Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and food safety at all times
Support opening/closing duties and other ad-hoc restaurant operations as assigned
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in F&B service is a plus, but not required — we welcome enthusiastic first-timers
A warm, guest-first attitude and a genuine love for hospitality
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay composed during peak hours
Team player with good communication skills
Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Basic spoken English required
