Job Title: Customer Service Agent (12 Months Contract)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent (CSA) to handle customer enquiries and provide timely, professional support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 25–30 customer calls per day, addressing enquiries and providing appropriate assistance.
  
  
• Respond to customer questions professionally.
  
  
• Understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.
  
  
• Record customer interactions, update information, and maintain accurate records in the system.
  
  
• Follow established procedures and service standards to ensure quality customer support.
  
  
• Escalate complex enquiries or unresolved issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
  
  

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  
  
• Comfortable handling daily calls and managing customer enquiries.
  
  
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  
  
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
  
  
• Candidates with customer service or call centre experience will have an added advantage.
