What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment Coordination

• Post job advertisements on career portals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Collect and verify application documents for completeness.
• Prepare and collate offer packages for successful candidates.

New Hire Onboarding

• Arrange IT system access and access passes for new employees.
• Prepare welcome packs and coordinate reporting arrangements with departments.
• Set up personnel files and HR system profiles.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records.

Employee Offboarding

• Prepare relevant correspondence for departing employees.
• Coordinate exit interviews with HR Business Partners.
• Update HR systems and employee records accordingly.

General HR Support

• Assist with ad-hoc HR administrative duties as required.

Who We're Looking For

• Min Diploma, preferably with a background in Human Resources.
• Candidates with HR experience in interview coordination and scheduling will have an advantage.
• Proficient in computer applications and administrative tasks.
• Organised, meticulous and attentive to detail.
• Patient, service-oriented and able to work independently.
