• Able to host live sessions continuously while maintaining enthusiasm and audience engagement.

• Familiar with TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram, and current social media trends.

• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or Canva is an advantage.

• Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Live Hosting & Sales

• Host engaging and interactive live sessions on TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, and other social media platforms to promote our products.

• Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotions confidently to attract potential customers.

• Actively interact with viewers, respond to enquiries, and encourage purchases during live sessions.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally to build trust and improve sales conversions.
  

Content Creation & Social Media

• Plan, create, and produce engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

• Develop creative content ideas, including product reviews, promotional videos, short-form videos, and trending content.

• Perform basic video editing, photo editing, and content preparation for social media postings.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities.

• Work with the E-Commerce team to plan promotional campaigns and improve brand awareness.
