Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure business targets are achieved.

• Lead, supervise and develop employees.

• Plan budgets, schedules and manpower allocation.

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.

• Monitor performance, resolve operational issues and improve productivity.

• Ensure compliance with applicable workplace safety requirements and company policies.

• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Relevant diploma, degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven experience in management, team supervision and operational planning.

• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage budgets, resources and multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business software.
