Job Descriptions: For Assistant role, will be assisting

• Responsible for timely and accurate month-end and year end closing for the assigned Business Unit.

• Ensure the preparation of monthly accounts & financial reports in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with statutory requirements.

• Handle full sets of accounts and statutory reports independently with minimal supervision.

• Responsible for full spectrum of accounting and financing functions of the assigned entity.

• Take charge tax matters, include preparation of tax computation, tax estimates, timely e-invoicing, LMW and ensure a timely and effective level of tax compliance in accordance with relevant legislation.

• Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a professional qualification.

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience for assistant, for senior will be minimum 4-6 years.

• Abilities to communicate (Read and write) in English and Mandarin are essential. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving some Mandarin-speaking stakeholders."
