Full Time Assistant Manager, Group Hospitality (Healthcare) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in RN CARE PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Group Hospitality portfolio (Group Hospitality covers Housekeeping, Waste Management, Pest Control, Landscaping, Linen & Laundry, and Portering Services).
• Drive vendor performance to achieve contractual KPIs, service standards, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards, and workplace safety regulations.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and user experience.
• Partner stakeholders and service providers to resolve issues, address service gaps, and support operational needs.
• Oversee contract governance, performance reporting, and documentation to ensure accountability and audit readiness.
• Support budgeting, procurement, and financial management to optimize resource utilisation and value for money.
• Lead or participate in projects and initiatives that strengthen service delivery, operational resilience, and organizational outcomes.
• Develop a collaborative and high-performing team culture through coaching, engagement, and knowledge sharing.

Requirement

• Min Degree contract management in Healthcare / Hotel Setting / Horticulture, Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH), or related field
• Min 3 years of experience in managing hospitality, facilities management, environmental services, healthcare support services, or similar operational portfolios.
• Experience in contract and vendor management experience, including driving service providers' performance against KPIs, SLAs, and operational standards.
