Eatz Group operates several food, catering and restaurant brands in Singapore. We are looking for a hands-on Group Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities and manage two Marketing Executives covering creative and performance marketing.
Job Summary
The Group Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing strategies that support lead generation, revenue growth, customer retention and brand development across the Group’s businesses.
Job Responsibilities
Develop the annual marketing strategy, campaign calendar and budget.
Identify target customer segments, market opportunities and growth areas.
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, product launches and customer acquisition initiatives.
Set targets for qualified leads, enquiries, bookings and marketing-attributed revenue.
Review campaign performance, profitability and return on investment.
Stop, revise or scale campaigns based on results.
Lead and manage the two-person marketing team, including work allocation, deadlines, performance reviews and development.
Oversee digital advertising, social media, content planning and creative production.
Ensure campaigns and marketing materials are accurate, consistent and delivered on time.
Manage the positioning and identity of the Group’s brands and business units.
Monitor customer feedback, online reviews and social media enquiries, and ensure timely responses.
Manage websites and digital platforms together with IT and external vendors.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and business-unit leaders to ensure campaigns are commercially viable and operationally deliverable.
Prepare monthly marketing reports covering leads, revenue, expenditure, campaign results and corrective actions.
Perform any other marketing-related duties or projects assigned by Management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
Minimum five years of relevant marketing experience.
Experience leading marketing staff, designers, creative vendors or agencies.
Proven experience in campaign management, digital advertising, social media and content planning.
Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition and marketing return on investment.
Able to analyse campaign results and make commercially sound improvements.
Strong communication, project-management and organisational skills.
Able to manage multiple brands, campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on, commercially minded and able to work closely with Management and other departments.
Experience in food and beverage, catering, hospitality, events or a multi-brand environment would be an advantage.
