Full Time AR Finance Officer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in ASSA ABLOY ENTRANCE SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Finance Officer (AR) Functions:

 Update all the sales related information

 Accounts Receivable: -

 Registering and updating all payments

 Follow up on outstanding receivables

 Invoicing of local projects, export sales, service and maintenance

 Monthly Reconciliation on the outstanding

 Local regulatory reporting

 Other financial duties and schedules

 Backup finance department during their absences

 Other administration duties

 Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager or the Management team

Qualifications:

 Minimum ITE or diploma in accountancy. Preferred financial qualification (i.e.,

Finance, ACCA, Business) or any other relevant certification which is

internationally recognized.

 Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably from an international

organization with a fast-paced work environment. Candidates with experience in

Construction industry would be viewed favourably.

 Possess hands-on experience

 Proficiency with Microsoft office especially in Microsoft Excel

 Experience in ERP systems such as Sage300(preferred),

 Eye for details with an analytical mindset

 Enjoy working in a fast-paced and versatile environment
