Full Time Purchasing Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in Jinho Solution Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in procurement of construction building materials.

3. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

4. Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

5. Knowledge of international trade and customs regulations.

6. Fluent in English and Chinese; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

1. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with both local and international

suppliers.

2. Continuously research and identify potential products that align with construction requirements.

3. Ensure product quality and performance standards are consistently met.

4. Obtain and compare quotes from various suppliers to ensure best prices and quality.

5. Skillfully negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and prices for the company.

6. Oversee the entire order cycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient processing.

7. Work with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt and stocking of procured items.

8. Ensure all procurement documentation, such as purchase orders and supplier agreements, are accurately completed and maintained.

9. Adhere to company’s quality management principles in all procurement processes.
