Full Time Account Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in MR SHOPPER STUDIO PTE LTD Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

Accounts Executive is responsible for the accounts & finance function of the company within the sphere of responsibility. He/she needs to interact confidently and build credible relationships with internal team members and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a full set of accounts in accordance with FRSs for all entities.
• Prepare timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Process AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and posting entries to the system.
• Perform various aspects of Project Accounting Management and Financial analysis support.
• Provide timely support in Cashflow, Working Capital Management, Budget and Forecast.
• Ensure inter-company invoice transactions tally among multi-companies.
• Prepare quarterly GST schedules and GST submissions.
• Handle progress claims, invoices, credit notes & company insurance-related matters.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, accounting software system, government bodies pertaining to financial matters.
• Any other ad-hoc duties related to accounts and finance areas as per assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Construction & Renovation industry is preferred
• Takes initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines.
• Good communication, organised, good interpersonal skills & team player.
• Able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical & reporting skills
