Position: Digital Advocate (Customer Service Assistant)
Up to $2,400/month
Contract: ASAP – 31 Dec 2026 / 28 Feb 2027 (Extendable)
Multiple locations islandwide
O-Level & above
Training provided!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Help customers use self-service machines & online banking
️ Understand customers’ needs and provide basic assistance
Observe customer behaviour and record simple information using a checklist
Don't worry if you’ve never worked in a bank before — training will be provided!
WORKING HOURS
️ Mon – Fri: 11.00am – 6.30pm
1-hour lunch break
️ Sat: 11.00am – 2.00pm
YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR PREFERRED AREA!
