Full Time Relationship Manager, Onshore Jobs, in Gravitas Recruitment Group - Maukerja

Responsible for acquiring new clients, developing business opportunities, and strengthening existing client relationships while delivering quality service and achieving agreed business targets.

Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable financial solutions.


Build and maintain client relationships through regular engagement and relevant market updates.


Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.


Develop monthly business plans with the relevant manager to achieve business and client acquisition targets.


Participate in marketing activities and deliver presentations to prospective clients.


Provide after-sales support and implement client retention initiatives.


Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop business opportunities.


Comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management controls, including anti-money laundering procedures.

Relevant RNF and CFMAS certifications, where applicable to the role.


Experience in client acquisition, business development, or relationship management.


Experience managing client portfolios, preferably involving high-net-worth individuals.


Knowledge of financial products, including treasury products, equities, investment funds, and insurance.


Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
