• Develop and execute change management plans aligned with project milestones and deployment schedules.
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments (CIA), stakeholder mapping and mitigation planning.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications and Change Champion networks.
• Develop communication materials and coordinate training plans, materials, assessments and delivery.
• Monitor change readiness, user adoption, engagement and behavioral metrics.
• Support project governance, reporting and change-related documentation.
• Coordinate with business leaders, project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
