Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Film, Digital Media, or a related field.

Strong interest in e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital marketing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of video production and editing principles is a plus.

Assist in standardising livestream background designs and organising design assets across different studio rooms.

Support OBS Studio setup, including background layouts, scene transitions and software configurations for smooth livestream operations.

Assist in designing and preparing physical livestream backgrounds according to brand guidelines and campaign requirements.

Help check and prepare livestream equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones and other hardware, to ensure everything is ready for live sessions.

Explore and assist in incorporating AI tools and features into livestream visuals, backgrounds and promotional banners.

Collaborate with the moderator and livestream operations teams to ensure smooth livestream execution.

Assist in creating and updating creative assets, banners and visual materials for livestream sessions.

Help troubleshoot basic technical issues related to livestream software, equipment and visual displays.

Provide creative ideas and suggestions to improve livestream backgrounds, transitions, visual presentation and technical workflows.

Maintain organised design files, templates and documentation for livestream setups.

Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor.
