At Driven Communications Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of the Carro), we're looking for a Creative Designerwho can do more than just follow a brief. We want someone who canthink, conceptualise, lead creative direction and bring ideas to life across design, animation and marketing campaigns.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1. At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, creative design or an agency environment

2. Strong opinions about design, visual direction and creative ideas

3. Ability to turn a rough idea into a strong visual concept

4. Comfortable with both thinking and doing—from concept development to final execution

5. Ready to take greater ownership of projects

6. Able to work closely with clients and internal teams

7. Ready to step up and provide creative guidance to junior team members

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

1. To receive brief and to liaise with clients and internal departments and ensure deliverables are done within requirements

2. To produce static visual (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and animated videos (Adobe After Effects)

3. To carry out creative direction and concept development (key requirement). Candidate must excel in creative direction and assist with junior team member guidance

4. To carry out visual/animation execution and management.

5. To be well aware of overall progress for each job and ensure jobs are done within deadlines

6. To carry out client liaison with the Company’s clients.

7.  Adhere to project deadlines and ensure projects are delivered on a timely manner.

8.  Maintain good relationships with clients in the interest of the Company.

9. Keeping up to date with current trends and industry best practices including self improvements on creative topics.
