Responsibilities
Requirement:
Some Administrative experience
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Words, Ppt)
Able to work in fast paced environment
Basic: $12/hr
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)
Job Scope:
Prepare and process customer quotations
Handle orders (eg. orders where the requested quantity exceeds available warehouse stock)
Review customer open order reports and check/confirm lead times
Perform other adhoc duties as assigned
