About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer to work at the intersection of AI engineering, enterprise solutions, and customer deployment.

You will work directly with enterprise customers to understand their business challenges, design and implement AI-powered solutions, and bring applications from initial prototypes to production.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving real-world problems, working closely with customers, and turning advanced AI technologies into practical business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for AI adoption, and develop tailored technical solutions.
• Design, prototype, and deploy AI applications using LLM APIs, multimodal models, AI agents, and agent frameworks.
• Lead technical proof-of-concept (PoC) projects, customer demonstrations, and production deployments.
• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and existing workflows.
• Develop back-end services, APIs, and user-facing applications to support enterprise AI deployments.
• Own the end-to-end technical delivery process, including testing, debugging, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Collaborate with research, product, and commercial teams to address customer requirements and improve AI solutions.
• Ensure deployed applications meet enterprise standards for security, reliability, scalability, and performance.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with experience building and deploying real-world applications.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and/or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, AI agents, RAG, function calling, or AI application development.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, Git, cloud platforms, and deployment workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently design and implement technical solutions.
• Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Able to work on-site in Singapore.

Nice to Have

• Experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or enterprise software implementation.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, AI workflow automation, or multimodal AI applications.
• Familiarity with Docker, AWS, GCP, Azure, or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, hardware, robotics, or IoT devices.
